MENORES, LAS OTRAS VÍCTIMAS DE LA VIOLENCIA DE GÉNERO. RÉGIMEN DE VISITAS EN LOS PUNTOS DE ENCUENTRO FAMILIAR

Abstract

[ES] En el contexto de la violencia de género, en las relaciones de pareja o expareja, los y las menores son víctimas directas de estos sucesos. El sujeto activo de estos hechos es el hombre pareja o expareja de la madre, en la mayoría de los casos, es el padre de los hijos e hijas. Esta realidad en España muestra la necesidad de arbitrar las medidas conducentes para su protección social y legal. Las familias deben ser espacios de socialización saludables y de bienestar, pero a veces se convierten en un lugar de tormento y desequilibrio en todos los órdenes. Los poderes públicos han de priorizar la protección de los y de las menores, dentro y fuera de ese núcleo básico de convivencia.

[EN] In gender violence's context, in relationships of couple or ex-couple, children are direct victims of these events. Man is active subject of these facts, who is the mother' s couple or ex-couple, in most cases, he is the father of the sons and the daughters. In Spain this reality shows the need to arbitrate conducive measures in order to their social and legal protection. Families should be spaces of healthy socialization and well-being, but sometimes they become a torment and imbalance place. The public authorities have to prioritize protection of children, inside and outside this basic nucleus of coexistence.
