Abstract

[ES] El flujo migratorio que sufren los países de todos los continentes en la actualidad trae consecuencias directas con la profesión enfermera. Directamente los cuidados se ven afectados en gran medida, pues el personal de enfermería es el responsable de cuidar de la población. Nos encontramos con grandes barreras que impiden que se desarrolle con normalidad la relación entre enfermera y paciente inmigrante. La educación es un gran método que puede ayudar a derribarla, pero además debemos de plantearnos una serie de retos que favorezcan la atención sanitaria a la diversidad.

[EN] Nowadays the countries undergo migration flow and it goes on direct consecuences to the nursing, that is why the cares are been affected and the nurse is the person in charge of population’s care. We are facing a problem that directly affects the relationship between nurse and patient with different cultures, where there are barriers difficult to break. Education is a great method that can help to overthrow it, but we must also consider a series of challenges that favor health care for diversity.
