El uso de literatura en la clase de español como lengua extranjera: un estudio de la poesía de Gloria Fuertes

Abstract

[ES] El objetivo es subrayar la importancia de usar la literatura como herramienta estratégica educativa en el aula de ELE. El trabajo se centra en las virtudes que la poesía puede aportar. Una primera parte del trabajo aborda el uso de la literatura en el aula, la importancia de la motivación, finalizando con el análisis del uso de la poesía y de las ventajas y desventajas de su uso. La segunda parte es más teóricapractico donde expondrá la poesía de Gloria Fuertes, ya que su obra es extensa y reúne un sinfín de temas y es un referente idóneo para un aula de ELE. Para finalizar se plantean algunas actividades reales con las que se puede empezar a trabajar en el aula, al mismo tiempo, se han seleccionado algunos poemas que reunían los requisitos para ser explotados según los distintos niveles de MCER.

[EN] The aim is to show the importance of strategically using and incorporating literature in the FL classroom. It focuses on the benefits that poetry has specifically on education. The first part is more theoretical and centers around the use of poetry in the classroom as well as the importance of motivation and finishes with an analysis of poetry and the advantages and disadvantages of its use. The second part is more theoretical-practical and showcases the Spanish poet Gloria Fuertes, since she has an extensive repertoire of poetry pieces with limitless themes, most of them being juvenile, all of which make her and her poetry an ideal reference for exploiting poetry in the Spanish as a FL classroom. To finish, various real-life activities are showcased which can be worked on in a classroom with a selection of some of Fuertes poems that fit the criteria for exploitation according to the different levels as implanted by MCER (B1, B2, C1).
