Enseñanza y aprendizaje de la lengua extranjera a través de las TIC

Abstract

Las tecnologías de la Información y la Comunicación han llegado para implantarse en todos los aspectos de nuestra vida. Esto hace que la educación también tenga que familiarizarse con ellas y adaptarse en diversos aspectos. Las TIC ofrecen una serie de oportunidades, de las cuales la más importante es la conexión entre personas y con ello el conocimiento, pensamientos y opiniones de cada una de ellas, en tiempos y espacios diferentes. Todo esto ha dado lugar a diversos cambios en el proceso educativo y la necesidad de una preparación previa del docente. En la enseñanza de la lengua extranjera la utilización de las TIC ha sido de gran relevancia, siendo un área pionera en ellas. La incorporación de estas tecnologías en el aprendizaje hace que se creen nuevos modelos de enseñanza como el autoaprendizaje, cambiando así los roles tanto del profesorado como del alumnado. Como consecuencia se crean también nuevos materiales didácticos para llevar a cabo la docencia con ellas, siendo un ejemplo los materiales multimedia e hipermedia.. Es importante destacar el papel que tiene actualmente la pizarra digital interactiva (PDI) en todo el proceso. La PDI es un sistema tecnológico que permite la enseñanza a través de las tecnologías y ofrece posibilidades para una mejor adquisición del aprendizaje

Information and Communication technologies have implanted in all of aspects of our life. This makes education have to familiarize itself with them and adapt itself in different aspects. Like a consequence new educational materials are created to carry out the teaching with them, being an example the multimedia and hypermedia materials. It is important to stand out the paper that has Digital Interactive Whiteboard in all the process. Digital Interactive Whiteboard is a technology system which let the teaching through the technologies and they offer some possibilities for a better acquisition of the learning
