María Teresa León: estudio de la tradición literaria y análisis de su cuentística

Abstract

La “generación del 27” es una de las corrientes literarias más importantes del siglo XX. En ella encontramos a autores tan prolíficos como Federico García Lorca, Vicente Aleixandre o Rafael Alberti. Sin embargo, la historia que nos han contado a todos se encuentra incompleta. Esta corriente literaria contaba en su nómina con mujeres que han sido relegadas al olvido por la historia y la sociedad. En el presente trabajo, se recupera a una de estas figuras que destaca por su lucha incansable por la libertad y por su prolífica obra literaria. Nos referimos a María Teresa León, mujer que brilló con luz propia y de la que no se conoce nada. Se analiza en el presente trabajo una de las obras de la autora poniéndola en relación con la tradición literaria en la que se inserta.

The “generation of 27” is one of the most important literary currents of the 20th century in Spain. In this generation, we can find important authors such as: Federico García Lorca, Vicente Aleixandre or Rafael Alberti. However, the history is incomplete. In this generation, there were a lot of women that they have been relegated to the oblivion by the society and the studious. In this work, I recover one of this woman. She fought for the freedom of the Spanish people in the Civil War and she wrote very interesting books in literature. I´m talking about María Teresa León, the wife of Rafael Alberti. In this work, I realize a review of this author adding a comparison with the tradition literary in which it is located.
