Las legítimas en la península

Abstract

[ES] Este trabajo muestra los distintos sistemas legitimarios que son aplicados en la Península. Con respecto al régimen común he estudiado los diferentes aspectos como puede ser l a cuota de bienes propiedad del causante y que posteriormente serán entregados a sus famil iares. También he estudiado las diferentes operaciones para calcular y proteger la legítima. Por otra pai1e este trabajo muestra los derechos legitimarios territoriales, con las características que los hacen diferentes de otros derechos territorial es y del régimen común. Un ejemplo de esto, es el fenómeno del apartamiento que es encontrado en las l egítimas de Galicia y del País Vasco

[EN] This essay shows the several legitimate systems which are applied in the Península. Regards the common system, I have studied the different aspects like the portion of things, which are property of the dead person and, then these things are got to his relatives. Also I had studied the different operations to protect and calculate this amount of things. Moreover this essay shows the legitimate land rights with their characteristi c which make them different of the others land rights and of the common system. An example of this is the "apartemiento phenomena" which is found in the Gal icia and País Vasco legitimate land rights.
