Modelado BIM para el Proyecto de una Ciudad Deportiva en Jaén.

Abstract

Este TFG ha tenido como objeto el modelado BIM de una Ciudad Deportiva en el ámbito del fútbol, la cual se desea implantar en Jaén y ha sido modelada sobre tres subproyectos (vestuarios, residencia y topografía y parcela). La Ciudad Deportiva cuenta con tres terrenos de juego con sus correspondientes edificios de vestuarios local y visitante, un edificio de residencia y áreas ajardinadas y aparcamientos en el interior de la parcela. Esto ha sido modelado estructural y arquitectónicamente siguiendo parámetros y soluciones constructivas comunes en construcción, de manera que se entiende que podría asegurar estabilidad y resistencia. No forman parte de los objetivos de este trabajo el cálculo estructural ni el diseño de instalaciones y redes de saneamiento, agua, electricidad, climatización o PCI. Se ha obtenido la documentación pertinente para este tipo de trabajos, tales como planos, tablas de planificación, presupuesto y renderizado del modelo.

This Final Degree Project had as goal the BIM modelling of a Sports City in the field of football, which is desired to be set up in Jaén and has been modeled on three subprojects (changing room, players housing and topography and plot). The Sports City has three football pitches with their own local and visiting changing rooms, one players housing and garden areas and a parking inside the plot. This has been modeled structural and architectural following usual constructive solutions in construction, so that it is understood it could ensure stability and resistance. Structural calculation, design of systems of sanitation, potable water, electricity, air conditioning, or fire protection are not involved in this project. Relevant documents as plans, planification tables, the budget and a render of the model.
