PLAN DE MEJORAPARA LA EMPRESA TAXJAÉN S.L

Abstract

[ES] En el siguiente estudio daremos respuesta a un problema presente en la empresa TAX JAÉN S.L, situada en la ciudad de Jaén, se trata de una pequeña gestoría/asesoría asociada al grupo TAX. El reto al que nos enfrentamos consiste en dar una visión más directa al despacho con el fin de darlo a conocer y, también, reforzar las infraestructuras tecnológicas y poder mejor la atención y el trabajo del equipo humano para que este sea más eficiente. Comenzaremos con una descripción detallada de la empresa y del entorno que le rodea, siguiendo con la propuesta de mejora y su justificación y por último, un estudio de viabilidad económico-financiera para valorar si realmente es aceptable nuestra propuesta.

[EN] This study will deal with a problem present in the company TAX JAÉN S.L, located in Jaén, it is a small agency / consultancy associated to the TAX company group. The challenge that we face lies in giving a more direct vision to the office to make it public and, also, reinforcing the technological infrastructures and being able to improve the attention and work of the human team so that it is more efficient. We will begin with a detailed description of the company and the environment that surrounds it, then we present and justify the improvement proposal and finally an analysis of economic-financial viability is carried out to check whether our proposed investment is really acceptable or not.
