Relación entre la comunicación (verbal y no verbal) y el dolor en el entorno sanitario: Una revisión narrativa estructurada

Abstract

[ES]El dolor es una sensación fisiológica, social y comunicativa, que intentamos relacionar con la comunicación. Objetivos: Conocer la interrelación entre comunicación, dolor y cuidados, además de las implicaciones enfermeras y las claves de género para un tratamiento enfermero del dolor humano. Metodología: Se ha realizado una revisión narrativa bibliográfica estructurada en diversas bases de datos y metabuscadores: CUIDEN, SCIELO, PUBMED, MEDLINE, ENFISPO, IME, LILACS BIREME, SCOPUS, GOOGLE SCHOLAR. Resultados: Se han analizado numerosas obras donde los autores ponen de manifiesto que la comunicación humana, es útil para paliar el dolor e informar de él, además de ser importante en la praxis y ética enfermera emplear un enfoque holístico. Conclusiones: Tras el análisis de la literatura científica observamos que las investigaciones son sesgadas, pero importante debido a que enfermería son los profesionales destinados al cuidado y la comunicación debe ser una herramienta para ello.

Methodology: We made a narrative structured literature review in various databases and meta searcher: CUIDEN, SCIELO, PUBMED, MEDLINE, ENFISPO, IME, LILACS BIREME, SCOPUS, GOOGLE SCHOLAR. Results: We analyzed several works and the authors show that human communication helps to alleviate the pain and report it, as well as being important in practice and ethical nursing employing a holistic approach. Conclusions: After analyzing the literature we saw that researches are biased, but important because nurses are the professionals for the care, and communication should be a tool for this.
