MENTORING EN EL AULA

Abstract

[ES] El trabajo que se presenta está desarrollado sobre la metodología educativa del mentoring, la cual se presenta a través de la unidad didáctica plateada. Esta trabaja el mentoring educativo desde una postura de trabajo cooperativo e inteligencia emocional. En este caso el trabajo de liderazgo se irá alternando entre el docente y los alumnos y alumnas del aula que trabajarán con el rol de mentor en diferentes casos. Con esto conseguiremos motivar al alumnado y trabajar desde la metodología del mentoring los distintos temas de la materia en cuestión, Cultura Audiovisual I, del 1o curso de Bachillerato de arte.

[EN] The work presented is developed on the educational methodology of mentoring, which is presented through the silver didactic unit. It works on educational mentoring from a cooperative work position and emotional intelligence. In this case, the leadership work will alternate between the teacher and the students in the classroom who work with the role of mentor in different cases. With this we will be able to motivate the students and work from the methodology of mentoring the different topics of the subject in question, Audiovisual Culture I, of the 1st year of Art Baccalaureate.
