APLICACIÓN DE TÉCNICAS LEAN EN DIRECCIÓN DE PROYECTOS. INDUSTRIA DE DESARROLLO DE PRODUCTOS.

Abstract

El presente trabajo se enmarca en la línea de investigación de la metodología Lean para la gestión de proyectos. Se centra en analizar el sistema Lean con el objetivo de conocer todas las técnicas y cómo pueden implantarse, además de abordar las áreas de conocimiento formadas por la guía PMBOK. Concretamente, se desglosa las diferentes fases del desarrollo de producto desde la identificación de oportunidades hasta el lanzamiento del producto al sistema de producción. Además, se estudia el procedimiento que una empresa utiliza para guiar el desarrollo de producto, analizando los procesos en los que divide la gestión del proyecto e identificar las herramientas que utiliza. Finalmente, se elabora una propuesta de aplicación de técnicas Lean para la gestión de proyectos y el proceso de VSM (Mapear el valor del flujo) para identificar el valor y los desperdicios en el proceso de desarrollo de producto.

The present work is part of the research line into the Lean methodology for the project management. It focuses on analyzing the Lean system with the aim of knowing all the techniques and how they can be implemented, as well as addressing the knowledge areas formed by the PMBOK guide. Specifically, it breaks down the different phases of product development from the identification of opportunities to the launch of the product to the production system. In addition, the procedure that a company uses to guide product development is studied, analyzing the processes in which it divides the management of the project and identifying the tools it uses. Finally, a proposal for the application of Lean techniques for the project management and the VSM (Value Stream Mapping) process is developed. The latter allows to identify the value and waste in the product development process.
