LA EMPRESA FAMILIAR EN EL SIGLO XXI

Abstract

Este trabajo trata sobre las empresas familiares y su protocolo familiar, un tema poco estudiado por los investigadores económicos y muy importante en nuestro país, ya que la mayoría de las empresas que hay en España son familiares y estas hacen que se impulse la economía y el empleo, además de su notable aportación al PIB privado. El problema está en que no hay una definición exacta para este concepto, por tanto, en este trabajo se espera conseguir aproximarse a una definición general usando a diferentes autores expertos en el asunto. El trabajo estará dividido en dos capítulos, el primero centrado en la definición y características de estas empresas y el segundo, el cual tratará el protocolo familiar, un instrumento muy importante para las empresas ya que ayuda a resolver conflictos y problemas que puedan ir surgiendo a lo largo de los años. This work deals with family businesses and their family protocol, which has not been studied in depth by economic researches but it is very important in Spain, as most companies of this country are family businesses. They boost the economy and the employment, in addition to their significant contribution to private GDP. The problem is that there is not an exact definition of this concept so, in this work, we try to get closer to a general definition with the help of some experts in this field. The work will be divided into two different chapters. The first one will be focused on the definition and the characteristics of these companies and the second one will deal with the family protocol, a very important instrument for companies as it helps to solve many conflicts and problems that may arise over the years.
