EL TERRORISMO Y LOS DERECHOS FUNDAMENTALES

Abstract

El terrorismo ha sido a lo largo de la historia un fenómeno complejo que ha causado un gran impacto en la sociedad. Varias son las ciencias que se han interesado en encontrar un concepto exacto de terrorismo, en estudiar las conductas que adopta el terrorista, y las excepcionalidades adoptadas a través de las leyes antiterroristas de cada país. En este trabajo analizaremos el origen de este fenómeno, su internacionalización, la dificultad de encontrar un concepto común a todos los países y ciencias, y como los derechos se ven afectados en razón a las leyes que intentan reprimir este suceso. Terrorism has been a complex phenomenon throughout history that has had a major impact on society. There are a lot of sciences that have been interested in finding an exact concept of terrorism, in studying the behavior adopted by the terrorist, and the exceptionalities adopted through the anti-terrorist laws of each country. In this essay we will analyze the origin of this phenomenon, its internationalization, the difficulty of finding a concept common to all countries and sciences, and how rights are affected by the laws that try to suppress this event.
