EL MENOR EMANCIPADO

Abstract

En relación con el presente trabajo, vamos a analizar los cambios que han surgido en nuestro ordenamiento jurídico respecto a los menores, por lo que conoceremos las modificaciones que se produjeron en el año 2015. Además, trataremos la contratación del menor en el mundo laboral, describiendo las pautas que se deben seguir para poder contratar a un menor. Al mismo tiempo, nos centraremos en el capítulo de la emancipación, ya que a partir de las modificaciones han surgido nuevos cambios y por último, cómo evoluciona la emancipación en España frente a otros países.

In relation to the present Project, the changes that have arisen in our legal system regarding minors are going to be analyzed, so it will be posible to infer the modifications of the law that ocurred in 2015. I will speak about hiring's minor, abour step that must be followed in order to hire a minor. At the same time, there will also be a focus on the emancipation chapter and the new changes and finally, how is emancipation in Spain as in an other countries.
