| Abstract: | Este proyecto se basa en un estudio y revisión bibliográfica del tema de protección de menores, y todas las leyes y medidas de protección que lo conciernen y le garantizan un bienestar al sector infantil, así como son el acogimiento, la tutela, la adopción etc.
El proyecto también refiere la intervención del Trabajador social y los Servicios Sociales con el menor y su familia desde una perspectiva jurídica. This project is based on a study and bibliographical review of the topic of protection of minors, and all the laws and protective measures that concern it and guarantee the well-being of the children's sector, such as fostering, guardianship, adoption, etc. The project also refers to the intervention of the Social Worker and Social Services with the child and his / her family from a legal perspective. |
