EL IMPUESTO SOBRE CONSTRUCCIONES, INSTALACIONES Y OBRAS.

Abstract

El impuesto sobre construcciones, instalaciones y obras es un impuesto de carácter local potestativo de los ayuntamientos, tanto en su aplicación como en las bonificaciones y elementos para su gravamen. Las diversas interpretaciones confusas y contradictorias entre las formas de aplicación por diferentes municipios, han dado lugar a que el Tribunal Supremo tenga que resolver sobre alguno de los elementos de la aplicación de este impuesto. El objeto de este trabajo se centra en el análisis de los diferentes elementos del impuesto, sobre todo en su aplicación práctica. The tax on constructions, installations and works is a local optional tax of the town councils, both in its application and in the bonuses and elements for its assessment. The various confusing and contradictory interpretations between the forms of application by different municipalities have led to the Supreme Court having to deal with some elements of the application of this tax. The objective of this work focuses on the analysis of the different taxation elements, especially when putting it into practice.
