EL NUEVO RÉGIMEN JURÍDICO DE LA CONCESIÓN DE SERVICIO. LA REVERSIÓN DEL SERVICIO DE TRANSPORTE EN EL AYUNTAMIENTO DE JAÉN

Abstract

En este trabajo de fin de grado, que gira en torno a la figura de la concesión administrativa de servicio, hemos podido profundizar en el estudio del cambio de la regulación jurídica provocada, principalmente, por la transposición de un conjunto de Directivas Europeas a nuestro ordenamiento jurídico interno, además de la diferenciación de esta figura con otras afines.

Particularmente, nos hemos centrado en un ejemplo que, como ciudadanos de la localidad de Jaén, nos afecta de primera mano, siendo la problemática actual existente entre la empresa concesionaria del servicio de transporte urbano (“Autobuses Castillo”) y el Ayuntamiento de la ciudad, que pide la reversión de la concesión. In this research work, which revolves around the figure of the administrative concession of service, we have been able to delve into the study of the change in legal regulation, caused by the transposition of two European Directives into our internal legal system, in addition to the differentiation of this figure with other related.

In particular, we have focused on an example that, as citizens of the town of Jaén, affects us first hand, being the current problem between the concession company of the urban transport service (“Autobuses Castillo”) and the City Council, which asks for the reversal of the concession.
