La adopción, análisis de las reformas recientes, en especial la adopción abierta.

Abstract

En este trabajo me voy a centrar en el estudio y exposición de la figura jurídica de la adopción, más concretamente en las reformas por las que se ha visto modificada y sobre todo centrarme en la adopción abierta ya que me parece un tema muy interesante y veo necesario que las personas sepan más de él. Como objetivo general al realizar este trabajo es el de aprender más sobre un tema que se estudia poco durante la carrera, también informarme sobre la importancia y la problemática que la adopción abierta puede suponer. In this work I will focus on the study and presentation of the legal concept of adoption, more specifically on the reforms by which it has been modified and especially to focus on open adoption as I find it a very interesting topic and I see a need for people to know more about it. As a general objective in doing this work is to learn more about a topic that is little studied during the career, also to inform me about the importance and the problems that open adoption can entail.
