AYUDARTE. EL ARTE COMO TERAPIA

Abstract

[ES]El proyecto es una investigación a través de las artes, donde se muestra el estudio de la práctica artística como medio de terapia y sanación, a través de una mujer de edad avanzada con problemas a la hora de afrontar y superar acontecimientos dolorosos de su pasado, reflexionando sobre su recorrido y evolución durante el desarrollo de la práctica artística y los posibles beneficios que le ha podido suponer el desarrollo de la acción. La finalidad del proyecto es aportar conocimiento sobre el uso de arte como función terapéutica lo cual puede contribuir a la generación de nuevas líneas de intervención para mejorar la calidad de vida de las personas, y con ello poder ayudar a mi abuela Faustina.

[EN]The main objective of the project is research through the arts, where shows the study of artistic practice as the means of therapy and healing. To achieve this objective, we work with an elderly woman with problems when facing and overcoming painful events from her past, reflecting on her lifetime and evolution during the development of the artistic practice and the possible benefits that the development of the action may have entailed. The purpose of the project is to bring knowledge about the use of art as the therapeutic function which can contribute to generating new lines of intervention to improve people life quality, and with this to help my grandmother Faustina.
