Los recursos humanos del Banco Santander

Abstract

[ES] Este trabajo es un estudio realizado a la empresa llamada Banco Santander, conocida mundialmente. Le he prestado atención en especial a los recursos humanos de la empresa y a su estrategia empresarial, para poder hacer una comparativa de ambas y conseguir una conclusión. El trabajo se remonta desde el inicio de la fundación del banco, hasta nuestros días. Cada una de las partes del trabajo es un capítulo que habla de la empresa en sus diferentes vertientes, y el último que se trata de la conclusión que es donde concluimos el estudio y evaluamos los resultados obtenidos, que es la finalidad del trabajo. Veremos como han ido evolucionando las aspiraciones de la empresa, por donde se ha ido expandiendo y cómo está estructurada hoy en día.

[EN] This work is a investigation the company called Banco Santander, this is globally known. My attantion has been for the company humans resources in special and his business strategy, for to do a comparative and a conclution. The Project start since the inio of the foundation for our days. The Project goes back to the beginning of the founding of the bank, to the present day. Each of parts of the Works is a chapter that talks abour the company in its differents aspects, and the last one that deals with the conclusión that is where we conclude th study and evaluate the results obtained, which is the puspose of the work. We Will see how th aspirations of the company have evelved, ther ir has been expanding and how it is structured today.
