La organización territorial de España. Situación actual y vías de futuro.

Abstract

[ES] En este trabajo analizaremos la organización territorial de España a lo largo de su historia reciente, desde la Constitución de 1812, hasta la actualidad. Nos detendremos con profundidad en la organización territorial que recoge la Constitución actual, la Constitución de 1978, examinando la situación actual del Estado Autonómico que ha surgido a partir de dicha Constitución, los problemas que presenta con respecto a la viabilidad económica y los nacionalismos y secesionismo. Estudiaremos las posibles vías de futuro. Se estudian los pros y contras de las futuribles vías, así como la dificultad de su aplicación.

[EN] In this paper we will analyze the territorial organization of Spain throughout its recent history, from the Constitution of 1812, to the present. We will lize deeply on the territorial organization that includes the current Constitution, the Constitution of 1978, examining the current situation of the Autonomous State that has arisen since the said Constitution, the problems it presents with respect to economic viability and nationalisms and secessionism. We will study the possible ways of the future. The pros and cons of future routes are studied, as well as the difficulty of their application.
