La calificación registral

Abstract

[ES] Este trabajo se centra en el estudio de la calificación registral tanto desde el punto de vista teórico general como de algunas de las cuestiones problemáticas que se plantean en la práctica en referencia a determinadas figuras jurídicas o situaciones especiales.

Al mismo tiempo su estructura permite dar una visión de la evolución del derecho registral y de la figura del Registrador en nuestro ordenamiento jurídico, mostrando su surgimiento, estado actual y futuro analizando para ello, a través de supuestos concretos, las principales reformas que se han producido a nivel legislativo y los cambios provenientes de la jurisprudencia del Tribunal Supremo y la doctrina de la Dirección General de los Registros y del Notariado

[EN] This essay focuses on the study of record rating both from the general theoretical point of view and from some of the problematic issues that are raised in practice in reference to certain legal figures or special situations.

At the same time its structure allows to give an overview of the evolution of registration law and the figure of the Registrar in our legal system, showing its emergence, current state and future by analyzing for this purpose, through concrete assumptions, the main reforms that have taken place at the legislative level and changes from the jurisprudence of the Supreme Court and the doctrine of the General Directorate for Records and Notaries
