El Contrato de Reserva de Alojamiento Turístico en Régimen de Contingente

Abstract

[ES] Dada la gran importancia cualitativa, económica y social del contrato en régimen de contingente, su relevancia en la actualidad, y el beneficio que conlleva para todas las partes implicadas en él, llama la atención que no exista una regulación legal aún, considerándose atípico a día de hoy. Sin embargo, debido a las razones anteriores sí realiza aportaciones doctrinales. Este es un trabajo de investigación, el cual trata de aportar una visión general sobre todo lo que puede abarcar un contrato, centrándose y relacionándolo con temas referidos al turismo, y profundizando también en un tipo de contrato en concreto, el cual da título a esta investigación: Contratos Turísticos en Régimen de Contingente.

[EN] Given the high qualitative, economic and social importance of the contingent contract, it is relevance at present, and the benefit it entails for all parties involved in it. The contract draws attention to the fact that there is no any legal regulation yet, which is considered to be atypical nowadays. However, because of the above reasons it does make doctrinal contributions. This is a research project, which tries to provide an overview of what can be encompassed in a a contract, focusing and relating with topics related to tourism, and further exploring specific a type of contract, which gives title to this Research: contingent-based tourism contracts.
