Resumen
Este Trabajo de Fin de Grado analiza la influencia de la Educación Positiva en la infancia desde el Trabajo Social, resaltando su impacto en el bienestar emocional, cognitivo y social de los niños. La Educación Positiva, basada en la psicología positiva, promueve competencias como la resiliencia, el optimismo y el autocontrol, creando un entorno favorable en la escuela y el hogar. El estudio revisa intervenciones en diferentes contextos escolares, mostrando beneficios como la mejora de habilidades sociales, la reducción de comportamientos disruptivos y el aumento del rendimiento académico. Además, examina los desafíos de implementar este enfoque en los hogares y la importancia de la intervención profesional desde el Trabajo Social. Los resultados indican que la educación positiva, adaptada al contexto cultural, favorece el desarrollo integral y previene problemas de conducta, destacando el papel crucial de los trabajadores sociales en la mediación entre escuela y familia para apoyar a los niños en riesgo
This Final Degree Project analyzes the influence of Positive Education on childhood from the perspective of Social Work, highlighting its impact on children's emotional, cognitive, and social well-being. Positive Education, based on positive psychology, promotes skills such as resilience, optimism, and self-control, creating a favorable environment at school and home. The study reviews interventions in various school contexts, showing benefits such as improved social skills, reduced disruptive behavior, and increased academic performance. It also examines the challenges of implementing this approach in households and the importance of professional intervention from Social Work. The findings indicate that positive education, when adapted to the cultural context, supports integral development and prevents behavioral problems, emphasizing the crucial role of social workers in mediating between school and family to support at-risk children. Positive Education proves to be a viable and beneficial approach that enhances not only academic performance but also emotional and social well-being
