[EN] The absence of a family and parents to take care of you, guide you, and provide affection, generates in orphaned minors, in their adolescence, aggressive behaviors and emotional problems. This problem is present in many adolescents due to a lack of self-management of their emotional intelligence. It is proposed to use Animal Assisted Intervention (AAI) to address these emotional deficiencies. To verify its effects, a research design will be carried out to assess the effect that AAI can have on orphaned adolescents on an emotional level. It is an experimental design, with a control group conducting sessions without AAI with these adolescents and, an experimental group that will receive AAI sessions, in order to check its effect and verify its improvement, as well as the acquisition of greater self-control of their emotions, socialization and the development of empathy towards others.
